Within 14 days of delivery, you may return any product purchased from Phatkid Laundry provided that the merchandise is in new condition with original packaging and any promotional gifts. You must pay return shipping fees. No refunds or exchanges on items that have been warn as they cannot be resold as new.
All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging (Original bags)
- Manufacturer tags
- Any promotional gifts ( stickers, clothing tags etc)
Returns must meet ALL applicable criteria
- If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our returns department and returned back to you at the customers expense.
- Returns must be complete.
